Refunds and Returns
DVDs: Refunds are available on DVD's as long as the DVDs are returned unopened with within 7 days. Shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser.
Digital products including recipes, videos, downloads and memberships: There are no returns for digital content or downloaded material.
Apparel and all other items: All orders are non-refundable and considered final. Should a return be authorized at our discretion, the customer shall bear all expenses related to shipping, duties, and taxes. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
